Do you deliver and what is the best delivery option?
For products required urgently we can often complete same-day delivery. This is not the most cost-effective option, and it is product-dependent.
The recommended choice is next business day delivery. To secure next business day delivery, we require a confirmed order and proof of payment by 2pm.
For larger items such as computer cases, or for longer distances, we recommend the road freight option. Delivery usually takes places within 3 business days.
Can I collect my order?
Orders can be collected from 270 Main Road, Kenilworth, Cape Town 7708.
What is ConnectUp’s return process?
Most products can be returned for either a Refund or for a Replacement of the same item. Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Your product needs to be returned with its packaging to ConnectUp. Once we have checked the product, you’ll receive an email that your return has been reviewed and approved. At this stage, a replacement product will be sent to you. Please note that, while we will do our best to send a replacement as soon as possible, we are dependent upon our suppliers.
How will I keep track of my order’s progress when I submit an order with ConnectUp?
You are kept up to date with your order via emails from your sales consultant.
What information does ConnectUp require from me?
When you sign up to the website, you’ll be asked for you name and email address. In order for delivery to take place, we’ll need your address. For more details on how information is collected and used, please read our privacy policy.
